These terms cover your use of Ghita, a craft supply and product tracking app. Ghita is provided by Cordova Design ("we", "us"). When you use Ghita, your agreement is with Cordova Design.
By creating an account or continuing to use Ghita, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Ghita.
You must be of legal age to form a contract where you live. If you use Ghita for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping your details accurate.
Cordova Design owns Ghita, including its software, design, documentation, name and octopus logo. Ghita™ is a trademark of Cordova Design. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Ghita within your plan. Your supply lists, photos and other content stay yours; you let us store and process them only to run Ghita for you.
Ghita has a free plan and a paid plan, Ghita Pro. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; if you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
We work hard to keep Ghita running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Cost, profit and stock figures depend on the numbers you enter, so please check them before relying on them. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ghita is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.
We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can stop using Ghita and delete your account any time. When an account closes, its data is deleted.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and disputes will be handled by its courts. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
